My mom made sure by asking at the front desk to make sure that the room had a roll in shower. they said yes it did have a roll in shower. When we got to the room, which was on the second floor, we went in the bathroom and there was a tub instead of a roll in shower. We went back down to talk to the front desk and they said how sorry they were. They also said that we could use the room and then tomorrow night we could move to a 2 queen room that was connected to a king room with a roll in shower at the same rate.
We slept in the queen room so my parents would be there if I needed help during the night. The king room with a roll in shower was great. The bathroom was a very good bathroom with more than enough room to do everything. The toilet had plenty of room around it, and the sink I could actually use.
Both rooms had plenty of space and room to put stuff and for me to get around. The desk was okay and both rooms had flat screen TVs. The only problem with the two rooms was the connecting doors were a pain. There were two room doors, two connecting doors and two bathroom doors that would all open to the same spot which made getting through a little difficult. We had to go to the corner of the bed to use the lift and slide me up the bed like we have to do at most hotels.
This place was very accessible throughout the hotel, the front door was automatic and it was a spacious area in the front area of the hotel. The breakfast room was large and was easy to get through.
This place was great for accessibility, but not so much for what we needed. If you need a one King room with a roll in shower or a two queen accessible with a tub this was a great place.
