Lemongrass Café – Moline Illinois

August 8, 2016

There was a good parking lot behind with handicap parking spots. We walked around to the front assuming the front door would be the regular door to enter but the front door was not wheelchair accessible. So we went back around to the back and was easily able to enter from the back door. Inside was all right a tad crowded between some of the tables. Our table worked well. The restroom was back by the back door but I don’t know how the inside of it was.

John Deere pavilion – Moline Illinois

August 8, 2016

There is pretty good parking right in front. This was very accessible and easy to get around and look at all the tractors on display. They also had a very nice restroom.

John Deere harvester works – Moline Illinois

August 8, 2016

The lobby area was very accessible and had a very nice restroom. When we got to the desk and told them we were there for a Tour they called someone to get the accessible cart. When everyone was ready for the tour I had to drive up a rather steep ramp to get on the cart which had wheelchair tie downs. Then put a headset on so you can hear the tour guide. Part of the tour everyone got off the cart and went up the steps to the paint area with the tour guide. And when this was happening the driver set me up to watch a video about it. Otherwise the whole tour was the same as everyone else had.

Jimmy's Pancake House– Bettendorf Iowa

August 8, 2016

We parked in a non-handicap spot, but they were too busy so we had room to unload out of the van. The door was easy enough to get through and inside wasn’t the most spacious place but it was all right and our table worked well as well.

Bierstube – Le Claire, IA

August 7, 2016

There was a pretty decent handicap spot not too far from the door. inside was pretty open and easy to get around. Our table worked pretty well. The restroom was pretty easy to get to. The handicap stall was pretty good for size. The sink area was a bit crowded especially when there are three or four people in there.

Vander Veer Botanical Park – Davenport Iowa

August 7, 2016

We eventually found a handicap parking spot after driving around a bit and there would’ve been more if we came in from the other side of the park. There were a lot of trails throughout the park and we walked through the vegetable garden area and the Rose Garden which were both pretty much accessible. The restroom looked like it wasn’t all that big and not that accessible, but it may have barely worked.

Quad cities botanical Park – Rock Island Illinois

August 7, 2016

There was a lot of accessible paths but a couple of them kind of just ended, and to go out on the grass in some places. From the inside you had to take a hall and then you come to the outdoor train area, but down that hall was a desk sitting there which made it pretty difficult to get through the hall. The rest of the inside was fairly accessible.
