Nina Mason Pulliam Rio Salado Audubon Center – Phoenix Arizona
March 17, 2017
There was really good handicap parking. This was a 95° day
so their air-conditioning was quite nice. The building had a rather large door
and inside was very spacious and easy to get through. The bathroom was nice and
very accessible. The trails around were okay although I almost got stuck in one
place and it wasn't as exactly the most scenic place.

Quad Cities Convention & Visitors Bureau – Davenport Iowa
August 6, 2016
We were in Davenport Iowa and we were walking over to the sky bridge before a baseball game at Modern Woodman Park. But we stopped here mostly to go to the bathroom. It was a bit crowded in the place between all the displays and things they were trying to sell. The restroom was pretty crowded but I guess it worked.

Visitor Center - Prescott, AZ
March 6, 2015
There was a handicap spot just down the street but had to go
toward the intersection to get onto the sidewalk. It was a bit steep to get into
the building like they added a ramp to a non-accessible building to make it
accessible. This was an old building it was all right up front and there was a
slightly skinny hall back to the restrooms which were actually very accessible.

Train station and Visitors center - Las Vegas New Mexico
March 3 and 12, 2015
There are two handicap spots in front and a brick path in
front. Inside there is some room to sit and rest, there were a couple tight
places. The restroom was a decent size
and had a decent stall and I could get to the sink. Just don’t go there when
there’s a broke down train with all the passengers all over the place, in the
parking lot and inside.

Petrified Forest visitors Center - exit 311 in Arizona
March 4, 2013
The main reason we stopped here was because about 2 miles
previously we had a tire blowout so we had to change a tire. The bathroom was
okay the doors are okay to get in. The
handicap stall was an alright stall and better than most that you find. There was
good space throughout the bathroom, the sink worked well but there was only one
of the three that were actually working. We also used our own paper towels.

Painted Cliffs Welcome Center - Interstate 40, Exit #359 in Arizona
March 4, 2013
Parking was good there were some handicapped spots that all
would work well. The doors and entryways
were alright. There was a decent amount
of space in the welcome center that had all the travel information. the
bathroom was okay the stalls were kind of small with not much extra space, the
sink was okay to use they didn't have any paper towels so we had to use the
dryer thing which I don't think it's a good idea to drive my power chair with a
wet hand to get to the dryer so we bring our own paper towels just in case.

Northwest New Mexico Visitor Center I-40 Exit 85 - Grants New Mexico
March 4, 2013
There was plenty of space to park in the parking lot with multiple
handicap spots that all would work well. It was a little steep to get from there up to
the door the sidewalk/path from the parking lot to the door was rough and bumpy
to drive over with my wheelchair.
When I
got there, there was an automatic door which made things a lot easier.
Inside there was a ton of space and a nice big
window to look out also there was travel information filling the building along
with a Museum and a small auditorium. They had a family accessible bathroom
which had quite a bit more space than normal stall would have, this was nice. The sink and the paper towels are both easy to
get to and worked well.
