Lewis and Clark boathouse visitor center
We parked near the Lewis and Clark boathouse where there was
a big parking lot with plenty of handicap spots and for some reason that day
they were mostly open parking spots. We just went in to the Lewis and Clark
visitor center and gift shop to use the bathroom. To get to the gift shop and
bathrooms we had to use the elevator which at the bottom it says to back in
into the elevator which we weren't sure why since it didn't say. The mail lady
that rode in the elevator of the elevator with us said it was so you didn’t
back out of the elevator with your wheelchair and turn the wrong way you'd go
down the stairs. So when we got to the top I came out front words and saw an
open staircase on one side. In the gift shop it was really crowded and hard to
get around. The bathroom was pretty difficult to use since there were two doors
one into the bathroom and one into the stall which I needed both open at the
same time and there was not enough room to do much.

Katy trail
This was near the Lewis and Clark boathouse where we
parked. There were great handicap
bathrooms and family rooms. This was a nice trail, the part we walked on at
least, with benches every so often and a nice paved trail.
